The former Reebok master trainer, who won an award for innovation in the UK fitness industry, has a decade of experience in creating online fitness platforms. You may have noticed on Twitter and YouTube that I’ve been chatting a lot about Charlotte Crosby’s 3 Minute Belly Blitz fitness DVD.

I feel like I should of tried to keep this up through my pregnancy but my pregnancy was absolutely HORRID. Furthermore if you have notifications on for the Blitz ‘N’ Burn app you will be notified when there is a LIVE class in the app. You’ll start with cardio then move to resistance, then back to cardio to raise the heart rate to build you up again. I struggled with the windowscreen wipers as anything where I need to move my legs and work my tummy muscle at the same time, really challenges me! The reality TV star picked up some weights and performed a selection of exercises from her Blitz N’ Burn fitness app.Bum 3 is the hardest, with keeping your arms crossed you take the leg behind, get down then back up again. Donkey kicks, squat jumps then zombies (you lie down the get up again) are the main focus in this section – all about the bum! I'd started to become lazy towards exercise, making excuses and only doing half hearted toning exercises and the occasional walk (I find it's especially easy at this time of year to make excuses - it's cold, it's raining, I'm too tired blah, blah, blah! The workouts aim to get your heart pumping fast for three minutes, then allowing it to rest before the next round.

I think this dvd would be good for people that have a little stamina to begin with, or used to exercising.I’ll admit to never having watched Geordie Shore but from what I have seen of Charlotte she really seems to have her head screwed on! What will drive you potty after a while is the way that trainer David keeps finishing his sentences with the phrase "Let's do this! Guys, I have done the quick fixes and the crash diets, I have tried them all, and I am done with them! The cool down is quite standard and is an easy way to stretch, however as you work your glutes hard in the last round I would of benefited from a long stretch focusing on this area.
