This one is not good as an introduction: it lacks illustrations and describes body language literally from head to toes, rather than from basics to subtleties. Bowden’s advice centres on acting (and looking) more confident rather than learning to read body language in others. Although the author has considerable experience, there are no real pieces of evidence here to support that. I think everyone who reads this book will have their eyes opened, and begin to read body language everywhere they go. I appreciated the brevity of this book - it will make it easier to go back and look for information when I want to.
