This does not stop you from doing so as long as you follow appropriate setting up, care and maintenance*. If you use your Lay-Z-Spa 2 or less times a week, you should consider turning the heat off and only heating it up for use or dropping the temperature down to somewhere between 25°C and 30°C, then heating it up a few hours before you want to use it.
