EditSynopsis Mukouda Tsuyoshi was nothing special in modern Japan, so when he was summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery, he thought he was ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Too bad the kingdom that summoned him only got him by mistake! Not only was he not one of the three summoned heroes, but his stats were laughable compared to theirs. On top of that, there's something really sketchy about this kingdom... "Ah, these people are the kind to try and use the Hero," he realized, and immediately left to make his own way in this other world. This series had potential when it started, but then halfway into it, I was just watching it for completion. Like a lot of series in winter 2023, they had potential, and then became a fart in the wind. Salaryman Tsuyoshi Mukouda is accidentally summoned as a hero to the Kingdom of Reijseger in another world to help defend against their enemies. Wary of the royal family's true intentions, Mukouda is able to talk his way out of the situation due to his non-combat skill, "Online Supermarket," which is deemed useless. There is A LOT of cooking though- sometimes even comparable to Shokugeki no Soma the way they do it, which is hilarious. Mukouda (the MC), also makes a lot of friends along the way and even makes another contract with a slime (who as you can probably guess, gets very OP). The thing with this anime is that it's kind of cyclic. Mukouda and his familiars go to a new region, they kill (by they I mean Fenfir and Sui the slime) a bunch of animals/beasts, they then eat the animals, and repeat. Oh yeah they also join a guild because ya know, it's isekai and you always have to join a guild. Well two, to be exact. Mukouda is basically useless as a figher, but he makes a lot of money because his otherworldly ingredients are special in this iseka, plus Fenfir keeps killing these OP beasts, which are worth a lot. So he makes a lot of money unnecessarily.
