About this deal

Nesta’s eyes—the same as Feyre’s and yet wholly different, sharp and cold as steel—went to his hands. What was in them. “What is that.” Another grin as he lifted the small, wrapped parcel. “Your Solstice present.” “I don’t want one.” “You’ll want this one.” He prayed she would. It had taken him months to find it. “I don’t want anything from you.”

Nesta is a proper bully, she is the definition of selfishness and arrogance - there is no excuse for that, no matter what trauma she suffered. Once again, think of the Inner Circle and what they went through for centuries (Nesta is only in her early twenties) and how considerate and caring they are. If I had to give it a criticism it would be that the villains after the first book seem to be less compelling than the first one if not more powerful. You don't always get villains like the joker of anything but I would have liked to see them be a little more evolved.Feyre survived the last enemy but the consequences of her decisions are now catching up with her. Though she is no longer human, her emotion still are and they are in turmoil in more ways than one. Torn between facing what she had to do under the mountain to free the Fae and the man she loved, she now has to deal with all of those feelings and turns to the one person no one expects. A-Becca "I think the bonds can be rejected, but a certain part of Silver Flames makes me think the cauldron may have an effect yes"

I loved this series and I would absolutely love that chance to read it again for the first time the last two books both made me cry and the first one made me cry rereading it as everything meant even more on the second read. Great characters great stories that didn't leave anything unfinished especially with ACOSF. When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a terrifying creature arrives to demand retribution. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she knows about only from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not truly a beast, but one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled her world. As to the 'steamy' scenes - I do not have anything against them, they are part of life and, if done properly, they can add value BUT the ones in the ACOTAR series are so crude, so repetitive, so badly done, as if they were written by a 17 years old guy, hooked on porn.

I think Az goes for people who have a dark past and need fixing and I think when he goes for Elain that changes because even though she has a bad past like Nesta and what they went through. She fixed herself, she didn’t need help and I think that’s why Az liked her because he didn’t feel like needing to be her saviour.

i understood love couldn't be a good excuse to do bad things but once again, everyone was in the phase of truma. i began to have less interest in fayre. i understood how bad tamlin did her, but wasn't everyone in their own trauma? wasn't everyone also struggling to escape that phase of nightmares? I absolutely hated Feyre. I hated her name. I hated how stubborn she was. Like, girl, if you're gonna be stubborn and headstrong could you at least try to be right?

The romance part was very well-written! Sarah wrote it in a lovely way, the characters really matched, and the way they finally found each other was excellent. this is kind of a love triangle? There's a relationship between Tamlin, Freye and Rhysand but there's no cheating! ☄️
