Kevin Smith appears near the Slideways Teleporter, looking for a Polar Bear. Head to the Character Customizer and equip the Polar Bear items on the Hat, Body, and Legs, then return to Kev. Batgirl is hanging out in the right rear corner of the Hall, looking for blueprints. There are 5 pieces scattered across this area. You are specifically looking for filing cabinets. You can create new custom characters here, just like in the Laboratory at the Watchtower. Laboratory Right beside the elevator to the Laboratory is Batgirl and Ace the Bat-Hound. Follow Ace through this area, defeating goons at both stops. Making it all the way to the Batcomputer completes the quest.

Harley has taken over Batgirl's spot, and wants you to dress up like a Crash Test Dummy. Go to any customiser and put the gear on in the Hat and Body categories. Return to Harley for your reward. Take the rear left elevator (or fly) to the upper level to find Kevin Smith and Man-Bat. There are several grabable items off to the left, but the green vial you want is all the way at the end. Poison Ivy wants to seduce Swamp Thing, for some reason. Become any character who can deal with fire and guide Ivy to Swamp thing over to the left. After all the quest givers in the Swamp are gone, some mushrooms will spawn in the front area. You should see a Token on top of the far left one. Jump on the first mushroom here to start a race. Use the bouncy mushrooms to go from left to right across the screen, until eventually reaching the end. Don't worry about falling off, as it won't end the race or restart the timer. There is a small tunnel under the platforms. Run through as The Atom, hitting the two buttons to disengage the electric fences, to find this token.The right water feature also has a tourist trapped, but at least this one isn't screaming. Freeze this water as well to free him. Ascend to the top right platform to find a chest hidden behind a laser grid. There are two panels here that you can interact with using a Toy Character. (Robin and Luthor can both do this.) One panel takes you to the Console to open the chest, and the other goes to the chest itself. Quests This riddle SHOULD be super annoying, but there is a giant hourglass in the room, and The Riddler even says something about time. So head over to the hourglass and pull the switch beside it.

Climb the stairs leading up to the second floor, on the right side. It is just above the top of the stairs. You can find Bat-Cow in here next to the entrance to the VR Missions area. Speak to him while dressed up in the Cow Hat, Body, and Leg items to start the quest.
