About this deal

The nose-mounted camera supports 4K30 video, like the Mini 2. While it uses the same Quad Bayer cameras as the Pro version, here you're limited to 12MP stills (48MP is not available). The 24mm f/1.7 lens still supports clip-on ND filters, 16:9 landscape and 9:16 vertical video, and ample upward tilt; it can go from straight down (-90 degrees) to 60 degrees upward. In terms of connectivity, there’s a single USB-C port on the drone’s rear for transferring files or recharging the Mini 3 Pro’s battery. Next to it is the microSD card slot, which can handle cards up to 512GB. Underneath this sits the battery – which fits securely, but is easy to remove and replace.

It takes approximately 56 minutes to charge an Intelligent Flight Battery with DJI 30W USB-C Charger and the Battery Charging Hub (and approximately 1 hour and 18 minutes to fully charge an Intelligent Flight Battery Plus). Other common PD fast charging chargers are supported, such as Apple USB‑C power adapters and Android GaN chargers.

Hibernation mode: The battery enters Hibernation mode to prevent over-discharge of the battery cell voltage to less than 3.0 V or the battery level to less than 10%. You must charge the battery to start it up.It takes approximately 1 hour and 4 minutes to charge an Intelligent Flight Battery with the DJI 30W Charger (and approximately 1 hour and 41 minutes to fully charge an Intelligent Flight Battery Plus). Power on the aircraft and remote controller, and make sure that the remote controller is linked to the aircraft. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware and note that Internet is required.

Flying in severely cold weather, 14° F to 41° F (-10° to 5° C), drastically reduces battery capacity. Before starting your drone’s operation, hover still for a bit to heat the batteries and prepare it for whatever task you have in mind. Over-Discharge Protection: When the battery is not in use, the discharge automatically pauses to prevent excessive discharge. Only fly in environments that are clear of magnetic or radio interference, buildings, and other obstacles.

There are two ways that you can charge your DJI Mini 3 Pro battery: 1. Charging the DJI Mini 3 Pro Battery through the New Two-Way Charging Hub At this point, you should be charging your batteries, either through the two-way charging hub or by plugging the USB cable directly into the drone. Smart RTH is initiated either by tapping the RTH icon at the left side of the app screen or by pressing and holding the RTH button on the remote controller. The DJI Mini 3 Pro two-way charging hub is compatible only with standard and Plus batteries. Do not try to charge other batteries with it. Tested with a production model DJI Mini 3 Pro in a controlled environment. Actual experience may vary depending on the environment, usage, and firmware version.

You wouldn't know it from a glance at the baseline specs, but the Mini 3's camera is a notable upgrade from the one in the Mini 2. It has the same 24mm angle of view, but gathers more than twice as much light with its fixed f/1.7 aperture for better video at twilight and magic hour. There are two DJI Care Refresh options available for you, 1-Year Plan and 2-Year Plan. By selecting the 2-Year Plan, the official warranty can be extended to two years, providing you with efficient, flexible, and optional protection solutions, and allowing you to enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go.
