CAG shall not be liable to compensate any Prize Winner if they are unable to use the Prize, are unable/fail to make bookings via the appointed travel partner and/or agency, or in any event whatsoever. CAG makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any Prize.

For example, after saying in John 1:1 that the eternal Word “was God,” he writes in John 1:14–16, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth . . . And from that fullness we receive grace upon grace. Based on our initial discussion, it seems that for some participants, our focus should be on having information on a broader set of metrics. Others believe we need to concentrate on getting better quality research on ‘what works’, or that the focus should be on ensuring we have more personal and granular information that goes beyond averages.

Finally there is the possibility of the negative question. Negative questions carry a strong implication (compare the neutral "can you play tennis" with the marked "can't you play tennis" - the latter means that the speaker would be surprised that you can't) But this implication doesn't work well with "Shall we" type suggestions.

Winners are randomly selected through an automated process to ensure fairness. The system is designed to provide an equal chance for every participant. Rest assured, the selection process is transparent and conducted with integrity. And for many of us, what keeps us from going to any of these is the same thing that kept Peter. Verse 68: “Lord, to whom shall we go? A strengthened form of pro; a preposition of direction; forward to, i.e. Toward. So throughout the Gospel of John the meaning of Christmas becomes clear. The Word became flesh. He revealed the glory of God as never before. He died according to his own plan. Because of his death in our place, he is bread for us. He is the source of forgiveness and righteousness and life. This is the great meaning of Christmas in the Gospel of John. Strong's 2192: To have, hold, possess. Including an alternate form scheo skheh'-o; a primary verb; to hold. Simon Peter answered, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You [alone] have the words of eternal life [you are our only hope]. Master," replied Simon Peter, "to whom shall we go? Your teachings tell us of the Life of the Ages.

We will then zoom in on the information that frontline practitioners need before exploring how we can share information more effectively and then how we can find a way around the obstacles. So in verse 63, Jesus himself says, “The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.” And in verse 68, Peter says, “You have the words of eternal life.” This is what I want us to think about — these two statements and how they relate to the Word made flesh, and to the giving of his flesh that the world may be saved, and to the Spirit that gives life.Notwithstanding that a Participant may be eligible to enter both the General Draw and the Trust Card Draw, no Participant shall be eligible to win in more than one draw and/or more than one Prize.
