Playing through a larger cab (or an IR of a 2x12 like the one we used) is better again, and the Mini Super Beatle has more than enough oomph to compete onstage - provided your drummer isn't too loud, and you're not playing at Shea Stadium in '66. The MINI SUPERBEETLE AUDIO provides the standard controls for TREBLE, MIDDLE, and BASS, as well as a SUB-BASS to support the sub frequencies in dance music and electronic music. Mercifully, times have changed. The quest for volume has been superseded by the desire for portability. "Small" is the new "loud". Vox have embraced this philosophy fully - their Night Train heads were one of the early spearheads of the lunchbox revolution, and their MV50 heads provide huge amounts of toneful power in a format smaller than some pedals. The Mini Super Beatle is built from the same platform as the latter, with a 50w solid state poweramp and a NuTube preamp. These clever little micro tubes operate in a very similar way to the venerable 12AX7, but without the size or the heat. Ironically, this makes the Mini Super Beatle more of a "tube amp" than the original! It gets pretty loud, way louder than you’d need for just noodling or practicing, which will be good if you intend on using it for small gigs, jamming at a reasonable volume at a friends house etc. I am impressed with how loud it can get being such a small amp, single 10” speaker and imitation tubes, it’s pretty impressive that way. For customers in outlying areas of the country, the price of the Extended Warranty may be marginally higher, due to the potential for higher collection and redelivery transport costs. Crunchige, leicht angezerrte Sounds sind definitiv eine Stärke des Amps - und er kann laut! Ich kann in meinem Musikzimmer den Mastervolume kaum über 11h drehen, sonst bläst es mir die Ohren weg!

El precio es irrisorio para la calidad de sonido que obtienes, desde limpios definidos (sin llegar a ser un Fender) hasta overdrive con carácter. Ahí la verdad es que da la talla y el selector FLAT/DEEP te permite controlar cierta carencia de respuesta en frecuencias según tu guitarra.
