You never know. 2 perfumes that I have in my collection that give me the Houbigant Chantilly vibe are Jean Patou Collection Heritage Chaldée and Chanel Le Lion Eau de Parfum They both have that warm/vanilla/resin base over citrus/florals. Chaldee is quite inexpensive considering the market today and can be found easily at Fragrancenet.com etc... If you loved vintage Houbigant Chantilly like I do/did and miss it seek either Chaldee or Le Lion out. I think it will fill that void for you. Smelling the modern day drugstore version of Chantilly (by Dana, if I remember correctly) gives one a good idea what "smells like a cheap perfume" means (said in that certain tone and with a certain look on my mother's face).
