About this deal

While I had a hard time choosing from the various tasteful color schemes offered by Bag Boy, throughout testing I remained very pleased with my selected color scheme (Battleship Gray / Lime). Once I started testing, I naturally started paying attention to the many other cats used by members at my club. I have not yet found one that looks better to me than my

The top arms that secure the top of the bag are awesome and pretty universal for most bags I have found Out of all the additional features I have previously talked about. The wins for me are the storage case under the card holder. Plenty of space and the ball holder is a nice feature. Besides the stuff in this picture, I have been putting my range finder in there as well. The cup holder was another area for me where my opinion waxed and waned. I don’t typically bring my own water bottle with me and instead will get water or Gatorade from the pro shop. I never had any issues with getting these to fit, and was also able to get a beer can in a koozie to fit without problem as well. However, there were a couple of times when it was really hot and humid when I brought a large Gatorade for the round and the larger bottles are just a tad too large in diameter to fit. I think the cupholder is designed to hold anything you can buy at the course, which to me seems reasonable, so I didn’t deduct any points here On top of the tray is a place to hold a scorecard and pencil and cell phone. The clip for the scorecard does the job and holds a card very secure. Almost too secure. I had one rip when taking it out but I’ll blame that more on the flimsy paper rather than the clip itself. While the strap that holds the cell phone in place is extremely effective, the pencil holder is virtually worthless if the pencil comes equipped with an eraser as that style is too long to fit. Since eraser pencils seem to be more common these days this was an area of note for me.If I had to choose I would go Nitron due to the ease of use and features. I think its built strong enough to get the job done I really do enjoy the layout and features. My only initial critique, and it's a small one, is the need to open the handle prior to "popping" it open the rest of the way. Granted, this takes all of maybe one second to do but a part of me just wishes it too would open on its own. Alas, I will settle for under 5 seconds instead of under 4 seconds When it is folded down its pretty compact too. It’s just about 22 inches long, 19 inches wide and 13 inches tall when it’s in its storage/transportation position. And without any bags, balls, scorecards or accessories, it weighs just over 16 pounds. Top-Lok technology is the attachment design to hold the bag in place. It is designed for BagBoy and Datrek style bags but come to find out is not exclusive to just those bags. (Will get more into the Top-Lok in the good/bad in between section) With the Nitron, Bag Boy went all-in on a convenience opportunity it believed was there. Actually, the Nitron could have launched 12 months earlier, but Klevana says it wasn’t 100-per-cent ready. The difference between right and exactly right can drive those who demand excellence to the brink of insanity.

My biggest area of concern is the overall wear and tear. The opening and closing began to show signs of wear on the paint where the wheels opened in a hinge like manner. While this itself wasn’t cause for grave concern, it does lead me to wonder how well other parts like the brake cable will hold up over time. Yes, the three-wheel design and large, durable wheels allow for smooth and easy maneuvering on various terrains, making it suitable for all golf courses. The hand brake. I don’t usually bother with the CaddyTek’s foot brake, but as a result I’ve had to chase down my bag more than once! I tested this product rigorously on the course. I took it to several courses with different conditions and terrains to test its performance. The handle apparatus features a console on which a full scorecard can be held. There is also a drink holder, umbrella holder and a storage pouch under the handle for keeping other accessories. Initial first impression on the unboxing and revamping what I will be looking at now that I have eyes on the equipment: There’s a dedicated space for a scorecard, an umbrella holder, a dedicated stand for your mobile phone, and the best thing – it has a drink holder. Most consumers don’t understand the costs associated with product development. It can take months to generate a viable design and that’s before any considerations are made for supply-chain requirements, material sourcing or changes in market dynamics. According to Dynamic Brands, consumer response to the Nitro-Piston Technology has been exceptionally positive, presumably because it does exactly what it’s supposed to.

There is a handle mounted (which I prefer) parking brake that ensures your BagBoy Nitron does not run away from you. Size The picture below shows the difference between a vector logo and a bitmap logo (.JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, etc.). When the vector logo is enlarged, it stays crisp and clean. When the bitmap logo is enlarged, it becomes distorted. If you send us a JPG logo and we enlarge it to fit on your uniform, it will become distorted. That said, the specific nitrogen technology is patented. So, while competitors might focus on stability, braking systems and durability, if the plan is to offer a version similar to Bag Boy Nitron, there’s going to be some serious red tape to work around. Bag Boy Nitron – Helmet or Minivan? The cup holder was another area for me where my opinion waxed and waned. I don’t typically bring my own water bottle with me and instead will get water or Gatorade from the pro shop. I never had any issues with getting these to fit and was also able to get a beer can in a koozie to fit without problem as well. However, there were a couple of times when it was really hot and humid when I brought a large Gatorade for the round and the larger bottles are just a tad too large in diameter to fit. I think the cupholder is designed to hold anything you can buy at the course, which to me seems reasonable.”Durability (I was scouting out a Nitron at my club and noticed the tread on the tires was nearly gone; see pic below) If you are looking for something built like a tank with not many features than clic gear is the way to go. Its heavy (in a good way) durable and does what it supposed to. The clicgear fails on its features. The top compartment holds a few thing but kind of annoying to use. The cup holder is also annoying it comes with one that can hold a small water bottle but you can buy a bigger one. My standby always gets crooked and slips around so I am always adjusting it. Again not a good design. The straps on my 3.5+ eventually frayed so the new 4.0 has replaceable silicone straps which Is a nice upgrade. Folding it open a close takes some getting used to its not fast but fast enough. Much heavier and more cumbersome than the Nitron. Our team spends thousands of hours trying out and researching golf equipment to help you take your game to the next level. Here’s our product review process. It’s fine to toss out such lofty goals. However, it would require that the final result benefit every user while at the same time establishing a fundamentally better way of doing something. That’s a big ask. Its auto-open technology uses a reliable mechanism to perform efficiently for longer periods and can save you unnecessary effort and concern. It also has a spacious console on top and a compact folded position for easy traveling and storage.

The front wheel is 9 and a half inches in diameter and the rear wheels are a bit larger at 11 inches in diameter. They are made of hardened foam so you don’t have to worry about inflating them or any other kind of maintenance. The one-of-a-kind Revolver series features a 14-way top that rotates 360 degrees providing easy access to all clubs. Bag Boy organizer bags feature a 14-way bag top with full-length individual dividers (IDS), setting us apart from the competition. The golf bags offer ample space for storage with plenty of features while being price-friendly and lightweight. The build quality is impressive. It is obvious this is not a cheaply constructed item. The frame has some weight to it, and the plastic parts are sturdy and solid. Upon seeing the Nitron box on my front porch, I was excited for all of the obvious reasons, but also because the small size of the box gave an immediate clue to how compact the Nitron must be in its closed position. The top assembly also has the cupholder and a storage compartment for balls and other small items. I love that this is not a spring-loaded door (likely to fail), instead a simple open/close door.

Bag Boy Nitron – Helmet or Minivan?

Many of us can relate to the parent, hands tied, loading groceries into a minivan with severely annoyed children. They just want the damn stroller to collapse and fit in the trunk and get going. For many of us, that sounds a lot like today. Extra-large accessory bag: Located under the scorecard console, providing additional storage space. The compact folded position is great for traveling and storage and saves space compared to a bulky constructed trolley. Construction
