About this deal

If you need more cabled connection, you will need to use a network switch and at that point, it’s better to just go with a more expensive router. Returning at the top of the Asus RT-AX53U, you do get the full suite of LEDs (I am surprised they didn’t put a single LED here..) and, from the left, there’s the Power LED followed by the three LEDs for the LAN ports. MtCmdChannelSwitch: ctrl_chl=56, ctrl_ch2=0, cent_ch=56 DBDCIdx=1, ChBand=1, BW=0, TXStream=2, RXStream=2, scan(1)

MtCmdSetTxRxPath: ctrl_chl=9, ctrl_ch2=0, cent_ch=9, RxPath=3, BandIdx=0, ChBand=0, BW=0,TXStream=2, RXStream=3, scan(1) MtCmdSetTxRxPath: ctrl_chl=3, ctrl_ch2=0, cent_ch=3, RxPath=3, BandIdx=0, ChBand=0, BW=0,TXStream=2, RXStream=3, scan(1) MtCmdSetTxRxPath: ctrl_chl=40, ctrl_ch2=0, cent_ch=40, RxPath=3, BandIdx=1, ChBand=1, BW=0,TXStream=2, RXStream=3, scan(1)

The Asus RT-AX58U is a fast and affordable Wi-Fi 6 router

And don’t get me wrong, it’s an interesting platform considering that Ubiquiti used it as well for its U6-LR, so I think it would be interesting to see how the router performs compared to its Broadcom-based siblings.
