Researchers for decades have found that carrying around negative body issues can be a serious psychological problem, only to be compounded by the images of perfect physiques that deluge us in magazines and on social media. Dr. West suggests that naked group functions might be an affordable and convenient method of dispelling the personal burden of body dissatisfaction.
