About this deal

This Transformers Power of the Primes Leader Class Evolution Nemesis Prime figure is a 9-inch-scale figure that comes with converting Evolution Armor. Use the Evolution Armor to evolve this figure from Nemesis Pax to Nemesis Prime. Nemesis Pax is a newly created character making his debut in this Prime Day special edition.

As Galvatron departs like Mufasa in the clouds, he shows Megatron a vision of what he’ll need to obtain in the future, and oh hey, it’s the golden record we placed on the Voyager I spacecraft to tell aliens about Earth! This is not only a real life object but also a significant MacGuffin that’s central to Beast Wars (the ’90s CGI Transformers show with the animals). In Beast Wars we learn Decepticon Megatron captured the disk, encoded a secret message on it, and the manmade object somehow became a Maximal relic in the future, where it was stolen by Predacon Megatron (the separate, purple T. rex guy), taken into Earth’s past, and used by the Predacons to try to alter prehistoric Earth to ensure a Decepticon victory in the future. The evil clone of Optimus Prime, Nemesis Pax may possess the same strength and intelligence as the Autobot leader, but is vile and without remorse. Fueled by the destructive energy of the Dark Martrix of Leadership, Nemesis Pax becomes Nemesis Prime, driven to eliminate all in his path. Includes Dark Matrix of Leadership -- insert the accessory into the chest of Nemesis Prime figure Works with Prime Master figures (Not Included. Each sold separately. Subject to availability.) Master the challenge with a Leader Class figure that converts in 35 steps Nemesis Pax is a whole new character, and it is interesting to think of a hypothetical universe where Orion Pax was corrupted, then upgraded into Nemesis Prime! Most of the time, Nemesis Prime is just presented as a corrupted Optimus Prime, with the Orion Pax identity never really coming into play. The vehicle mode deco is very similar to the one used for Core Class Optimus Prime with one big improvement. The front has red on the windshield windows and silver on parts like the grille. There are two additional touches that I really like: the headlights are painted metallic teal and the sides of the wheels are actually painted silver! These were unpainted on Optimus Prime and I always prefer the hubcaps be painted versus being left unpainted.AWESOME ACCESSORIES: This Nemesis Prime toy for 8 year old boys and girls comes with an Energon axe accessory that attaches to the figure in both modes The set also includes Kreons of Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Stinger, and a micro-Kreon of a human " Scientist". Accesories: trailer/evolution armor, ion-blaster (formed by two blasters), Dark Matrix of Leadership frame, Matrix core, two forearm blasters, Dark Saber, Decepticon Giza Nemesis Prime is a fantastic example of how to do an exclusive. I think I would have been happy with just a Nemesis Prime deco and one new head. But two new heads and a few new accessories to boot? A reference to his "Arms Micron" version? An "Armada" reference too?! There's a lot of love in this exclusive and I highly recommend it! Nemesis Prime also technically has a third mode, known as the "Devastation Mode", in which his cannon is folded out in mammoth mode, and the spring-loaded missile launchers on the mammoth's side panels are deployed.

I am now 100% sold on the upcoming third and final War for Cybertron chapter, titled “Kingdom” (because animals, get it???), though I may be a little biased. Which non-union voice actor will they get to replace Canadian Legend Scott McNeil? I gotta know! Nemesis Prime was the culmination of MECH's Project Chimera, an almost exact copy of Optimus Prime controlled by Silas from MECH's base of operations. Nemesis Prime In preparation for Nemesis Prime's creation, MECH took a complete scan of Optimus Prime's body Convoy and abducted and analysed Breakdown's body components. Operation: Breakdown All the joints on my copy of Nemesis Pax are just as solid as those on my Orion Pax. He can hold all the weapons in this set in his hands, but for the dual barreled blasters you'll have to adjust them a bit since their pegs are not very long. This (The product as it is now) honestly should've been Scourge. (Maybe with a scowling face or something) Universe Toxitron was to have been a redeco of the Generation 2 Laser Optimus Prime toy, with "pea soup" green, silver, and purple as colors. Toxitron was presumably canceled due to the Universe line's flagging sales and relocation of many of its larger-priced items from normal retail to store exclusives.

Within the War for Cybertron Trilogy animated series, this figure represents an Optimus Prime fallen to darkness, not an evil clone. Nemesis Prime was the product of a mad plan by Straxus, who put a lowly, unknown warrior through an excruciating rebuilding process, tortuously reforging him into the very image of Optimus Prime. Through forcible data uploads and brainwashing, the Decepticon was imbued with memories and skills culled from many sources, giving him much of Optimus Prime's knowledge and combat algorithms. This, however, cost him not just his sense of identity, but also any framework with which to process this knowledge. His creator having since perished, Nemesis Prime became a threat to all, skulking in the dark parts of Cybertron and targeting both Autobots and Decepticons in his murderous insanity. [3] Toys [ ] Alternators [ ] Toxitron was first shown (without photography) at BotCon 2005's "TF Rarities" panel by Rik Alvarez, with people describing it as "amazingly ugly" and "f***ing awesome". Later, it was on display (photography allowed) at the "Things you've never seen before (and will never get)" booth at the Hasbro tour at BotCon 2007. Doubledealer and his Mercenaries bring the Autobots before a familiar face or five. Why, yes, that is a Quintesson Judge, one of those multi-faced, tentacled alien folks who we saw sentence Hot Rod and Kup to death in The Transformers: The Movie! There was just one in the Animated Film, but we learned in The Transformers’ third season and the Marvel UK comics that there were multiple Quintesson Judges and they all had names. This one is no different, and goes by Deseeus. Good points to Rooster Teeth for giving them a very Quintesson-sounding name. Deseeus sounds at home with other judge names such as Deliberata, Klementia, and Pentius. The Quintessons are all very Latin. Nemesis Prime was released as a TakaraTomy Mall exclusive in Japan. He was also sold online through EB Games and Zing in Australia.

PREMIUM DESIGN: Featuring die cast parts, high deco op count, and over 50 points of articulation, this Nemesis Prime figure was inspired by the Optimus Prime CAD files from Transformers: Bumblebee His two "scythe" missiles and the leg panels his launchers are on have been slightly retooled from the original version of this mold, with the missiles no longer being able to be inserted as deeply as before, and the panels being remolded to accommodate them. Unfortunately, this tooling change actually prevents the panels from attaching securely in mammoth mode, meaning the missiles have to be removed for transformation. Additionally, the tonfa compartments on his forearms are now removable, with their joints being detachable plastic hinges instead of fixed pin hinges. Power of the Primes Leader Class figures work with Prime Master figures (not included, each sold separately, subject to availability). Prime Master figures can fit inside the included Matrix of Leadership accessory, then be placed inside the figure's chest. Collect more Prime Master characters and imagine Nemesis Prime receiving not only the authority granted by the Matrix of Leadership, but also the godlike abilities contained within the Prime Masters. Learn how Nemesis Prime would use these amazing powers with the included collectible character card. Prime Master figures are each sold separately, subject to availability.

Hasbro SDCC 2017 IDW Revolution Boxset

Accessories: Ion Blaster, Autobot Matrix of Leadership, Megatron (gun mode), Energon Axe, cardboard trailer A redeco of Canon/Transformers Optimus Prime, Nemesis Prime is a roughly Voyager-sized figure that transforms into a fully licensed Canon EOS R5 digital camera. The lens cap is removable and is used as a shield in robot mode. His included "All Spark" can be pegged onto his lens, just behind the front element. He also comes with a small version of his own camera mode. According to Hasbro copy writer Forest Lee, the reference to Straxus was included in Comic-Con 2008 Nemesis Prime's bio entirely to make David Willis happy. Like Optimus, Bishoujo Series Nemesis Prime also comes with an alternate masked head piece, and is attached to a purple display base designed after the Decepticon insignia. INCLUDES EXCLUSIVE SPECIAL EDITION ACCESSORIES - Comes with a Decepticon Giza figure and 2 accessories: an evil Matrix of Leadership and a Dark Saber sword accessory.
