About this deal

For the rest of the world: For most countries, we use DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx. The average transit time is 5-7 working days. Just by first glance, this ring is made of cheap…” The man was at a loss for words right before he finished his sentence and suddenly went silent. His eyes dilated as if he had seen something incredible. Blondina was so surprised by his reaction that her eyes followed his every movement. The man slowly turned to his servant after letting the parrot fly away and brushing off the remaining birdseed on his hand. As he lowered his indifferent face, the sunlight vibrantly shined down, giving light to his beauty. With the peace treaty between humans and leopards hanging by a thread, will their blossoming relationship change things for the better—or for the worse?

Soon Blondina is dragged into the politics of the royals, attempting to navigate her new role, while oblivious to the growing affections of the other young boys in her life. While the first volume of My Gently Raised Beast follows the young Blondina, the second volume will see her at age 20—so if you’re not keen on having a child main character, you won’t have to wait too long! That was how Blondina was taken to the castle, where she had been staying for several days now, still not knowing why she was brought there. The first thing she saw was a man with a long mustache, the shop’s owner, cleaning a magnifying glass. “What brings you here today?” he asked when he noticed her. Sir?” Blondina quietly called him, staring blankly at the closed door, but he was nowhere to be found. She was now left alone in the dark room with only the dim lights of the candle surrounding her. The ML, Amon, is a bit possessive. However, I enjoyed reading their conversations and watching them grow their friendship gradually over 19 chapters before getting to the romance part.

It was a small worn pouch with strings. Unlike its cover, there was a shiny ring in it, which was the sole reminder of her father, whom she had never met. Her mother used to always talk about her father, who abandoned them like the wind as soon as Blondina was born. Blondina found herself at the top of the feudal lord’s castle. She slowly looked around the room while walking over the lavish carpet and carefully laid her body on the luxurious bed. She was still in disbelief at what was happening. Never in her life had she imagined herself sleeping in a room in a castle. However, Blondina's new life is not all roses. Between being forced to hide her humble origins and tolerating the disparaging behavior of her half-siblings, Blondina feels as lonely as she was before. When she meets an injured talking kitten, she is happy to finally have found someone to befriend. However, the animal is no ordinary creature; his real identity is Amon Akin—the most powerful member of the Great Divine Leopard clan. Ughhh...the story started out fine. Really, it did. But things really started to get tremendously tedious halfway through because there's no character development whatsoever in the 2 main leads! The romance is odd. The relationship between the FL and ML is like between a brother and sister almost. Except, every once in a while, Amon goes a bit haywire and starts acting like a love interest. Looking at their spotless skin and imposing posture, she knew they weren’t just ordinary people. Their beauty was incomparable to an average man, and they were entering the room in an organized manner as if they were trained to do so. The questionably named Blondina is an 11-year-old girl who’s been abused and beaten, living as the mere property of a commoner since her mother’s passing. Afraid for her life, Blondina escapes and attempts to pawn her only worldly possession—a ring her mother left her, the only connection she has to her absentee father. The story goes at a turtle's pace. Definitely steady...but maybe a little too steady because I'm ready to fall asleep reading it. The plot is also rather lame. [As @ctrlist said, it's a repetitive cycle of Blondina being unreasonably forgiving to her villainous step-sister, which is why...] It's not creative, enticing, or even slightly interesting. That's probably the main issue with this manhwa. If you don't have a well-constructed plot, your characters will not be able to developproperly because the story puts constraints on them.
