Any dates quoted for delivery or collection of the Goods are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer's failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods. ERA offers guaranteed performance and reliability provided the product isfitted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelinesand shall not be subject to stresses and operating forces beyondrecommended levels.In the unlikely event of a product failing as a result of defectivemanufacture or design, ERA will replace free of charge or credit anycomponent returned and deemed as not meeting its high exactingstandards. The credit shall not exceed the original value of the part. Thisguarantee applies to all products as detailed below, unless stated inexclusions. This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by wilful orneglectful damage or by excessive wear and tear. The guarantee as set outabove is the full extent of ERA’s liability in relation to the products listed. Please note that for the below areas we can only offer a 2 – 3 Working day service for oversized items over 20kg.

ERA will not be liable for any other losses incurred by its customer whetherdirect, indirect or consequential which might arise from any failure in theperformance of its products. ERA reserves the right to recover costsincurred from handling false claims. where the Customer collects the Goods pursuant to Clause 1.2, upon the completion of loading of the Goods at the Collection Location. the defect arises because the Customer failed to follow the Supplier's oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice; complaints of damage or shortages in transit must be made within three working days of the date of delivery. Notifications of total loss must be made within 14 days of the date of despatch, quoting despatch number.Except as provided in this Clause7, the Supplier shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the Goods' failure to comply with the warranty set out in Clause 2.1. the Goods differ from the Goods Specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory standards. damage caused by unauthorised modifications or use or repair or failure to follow cleaning and maintenance instructions.

Cylinders of equal length both sides (e.g 35/35) will have 1 snap line that must be fitted facing the external side of the door. We reserve the right to invoice you for all of our reasonable costs incurred in handling claims which prove to be invalid under this guarantee and warranty. the Customer gives notice in writing during the Warranty Period within a reasonable time of discovery that some or all of the Goods do not comply with the warranty set out in Clause2.1;

Please note that for the below areas we can only offer a 2 – 3 Working day service for items in a small box under 1m in length or in a bag up to 10kg.

Small items and lightweight items which can be posted will arrive with Royal Mail postal delivery, no signature will be required. be fit for the purpose for which such Goods are commonly supplied for (to the extent that the Goods are used in an appropriate and reasonable manner by the Customer or end user and in appropriate conditions for the nature of such Goods). Notwithstanding Clause 1.1, if it is agreed between the parties that the Customer shall collect (or arrange for collection of) the Goods, the Customer shall do so from the Supplier's premises or such other location as may be advised by the Supplier before delivery (" Collection Location") within three Business Days of the Supplier notifying the Customer that the Goods are ready.
