I can definitely see why I used to love these books, and whilst I don't anymore, I can still like them - though nostalgia may have a large part to play in that. First of all, Cherry is a very sweet and good hearted person but she didn't really come off as a strong character. Cathy lives in Scotland with her family and of all the jobs she’s had, writing has to be the best – it’s the perfect excuse to daydream, after all! Cherry Crush is the start of an amazing new series and I can't wait for the next book in the series, Vanilla Skye!The Tanberry family were quite a close bunch, with fourteen year old Honey, Skye and Summer the twelve year old twins and eleven year old Coco. There's something so soothing, light and fluffy about Cathy Cassidy's writing that makes it such a joy to read.
