Magnolia - Magnolia was the other character who had the biggest disservice done to her in my opinion. My heart absolutely breaks for her and I hate that we never seem to dive as deep into her trauma as we do with other characters.miss lilac/bambi eyes/everybody wants me (still asking myself how is that possible since her only personality trait is having green? even tho you already know this book doesn’t have a hea, you don’t stop hoping and praying for it, you continue to hope with everything in you, but from personal experience, i can tell you that the shit doesn’t work. I feel like Jessa Hastings had the beginning and the ending of the book and then just filled the rest with Magnolia and Julian. i felt so conflicted on what to rate this book because i know if this was just a christiandaisy book i would be in love. I honestly came into this book expecting to rag on him like I do for the previous books, but I had very few complaints.

I cried a lot in the end (and i mean a lot) but it's not a Jessa Hastings book if the end doesn't break your heart.Daisy Haites is my favorite character of ALL TIME she deserves the spotlight in her own freaking book. And idc how absolutely toxic it was but I loved every minute of it and now that I'm done and I don't have any other books of this series to read I'm gna cry bec this book series is the highlight of my year. This was one of my most anticipated releases and it's very upsetting when something doesn't live up to expectations. she has to move back in with her brother, whom she hasn’t spoken to in a long time, not only that but she also has to face the love of her life, whom she hasn’t spoken to either since she left him, or did he leave her ? it’s no secret i hate magnolia(many of you have probably seen my roast of mp2), and guess what: i still hate her.

I feel like as we know Magnolia has some big daddy issues so she kind of looked at this older guy for the protection she needed, but she didn't love him.i don’t know if i’m gonna read another daisy haites book because i can’t stand julian and i really like christiandaisy but i’m not as invested in them because of julian taking over their books. you’re gonna spend much of your reading time wondering why he’s suddenly so in love with this childish human being clearly stuck in another relationship with another idiot.

just everything good, sometimes you forget that he’s actually rather dangerous and could beat the shit out of you in two seconds. I love Julian and seeing another guy fell in love with a girl that we all know isn't going to love him was really fucking painful. magnolia was somewhat likable in the end, but she’s still the absolute bane of my existence, i just liked her because she helped daisy a lot.the character development, the different relationship + friendship dynamics, the angst, magnolia + julian? the harry styles lyric “theres never been someone whos so perfect for me” springs to mind when i think about this couple.
