Tightly plotted and meticulously paced, packed with suspects, twists and turns , A Game of Lies is Clare Mackintosh at her best . The author's ability to create a sense of anticipation and mystery is truly commendable, leaving you eager to unravel the secrets hidden within each chapter.

Kind of made me question how she can get away with what she does in the policing world which I know in the professional industry you can get straight up fired.
