From a long-established family business in Bavarian Franconia, this dill is dried immediately after the harvest. The appearance, vivid colour and nutritional values are completely unchanged, making this lyophilized herb amazing addition to both culinary experiments and everyday cooking! Then hang these bundles upside down in a warm, dry, and well-ventilated area for several days until the dill is completely dry.
