It has delicious notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee, with a pinch of saline salt from the Adriatic sea (Margherita di Savoia).

Rather than relying on cane sugar for flavour, cinnamon cocoa and a pinch of Adriatic sea salt are added to highlight the complexity of flavour found in the Puglian almonds. A new generation amaretto liqueur, like no other, t he ADRIATICO Amaretto cocktail collection features Filippo cea almonds.

Finally, a pinch of saline salt from Margherita di Savoia, brings a delicate touch, which in turn evokes the ADRIATIC sea. Filippo cea almonds from Puglia, considered to be among the best in the world, are harvested by hand and roasted for hours to draw out a uniquely full-bodied flavour. To this day the Vin Santo and Occhio di Pernice are produced with the mother yeast which has been handed down for generations and gives that ethereal flavor. Sangiovese wines have been produced for centuries here, and the fascination that lies around this appellation is elevated by the ”back to basics, no un-natural intervention” approach that biodynamic viticulture entails. As well as the ADRIATICO ROASTED, a small quantity of brown sugar is added to balance the natural bitterness of the almonds.

An intriguing expression built around almond milk made from crushed white almonds, resulting in a subtly creamy but lactose-free liqueur! Cane sugar is also added but as much as 50% less sugar than some more traditional amarettos (just 205 grams per litre). Subsequently, the Amaro “VENTI, l’ “Amaro Italiano” was born, or the Amaro that unites the Peninsula, because it is produced with twenty different ingredients, each inspired by each Italian region. This sweet wine is the result of an exceptionally long aging process during which more than half of this precious liquid evaporates.The crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea, illuminated by the warm golden rays of the sun, surround this splendid and still preserved landscape of Puglia.
