About this deal

It is 4K and HDR ready which means it is capable of producing details up to 4 times the quality of normal HD content. HDREverything looks better in 4K - with four times the resolution of Full HD, you'll marvel at the detail and colour definition.

Please note: Failure to produce the card and relevant ID means we are unable to release goods on collection. This is purpose-built for your device with NO programming, setup or codes needed - that's a promise. Games suffer particularly badly, and while fast-moving games in 4K don’t look too bad, dropping the resolution to 1080p results in a smeary-looking mess. com Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of CarMoney Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 674094.You should take the card you paid with, and proof of name and address details with you when you go to collect (driving license/house bill/bank statement).

In the majority of cases the item will be supplied with its original packaging and will be in excellent condition and are classed as "Grade A" - the items we sell are not used but can have minor signs of handling. Fire TV seamlessly integrates live broadcast TV and streaming channels on a unified home screen (TV aerial required). Measuring the inches on your LED television is done by measuring the diagonal distance between for example the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the screen (not the edge). You'll sometimes see specific processor details on high-end sets from other manufacturers, but rarely on cheap TVs unless it's something generic like 'Quad Core' etc. Seeing as JVC can't even be bothered to list either of those TVs on their own site, the only specs you're going to be able to get hold of will be on the Currys site. Plus, with HDR content you'll see a greater depth of colour and brilliant brightness for a more realistic viewing experience.

In addition to the usual suspects, you’ll also notice tiles for the TV’s various HDMI inputs and terrestrial TV tuner. There’s oodles of detail on offer, and just enough brightness to give images a decent amount of pop and excitement. To be honest though - if you're concerned about things like processor speed and RAM, then you should really be avoiding JVC altogether. It’s not too noticeable in brighter scenes, but detail and colours are smudged by horrible blur in darker moments. That means you should be able to enjoy streaming HDR content from any of the main providers, with the added bonus that you’ll get the best results on any streaming service with Dolby Vision support, which currently includes Disney+ and Netflix.
