Not tried this product before in pods, but have had in normal coffee, so cant say what its like till open it. Honestly, I never really paid much attention to it, until the other day I noticed that Sainsburys had an offer on these wonderful little jars. This flavour is absoluley gorgeous, it works extremely well with the coffee, again, I was not let down by the weakness of flavour, it was all hazelnut perfect. I loved both of these flavours, however my love for ”Nutella” is going to shine through, and i’ll admitt I prefered the ”Hazelnut” more than the ”caramel”. Typical jobs: hospital/ward nurse, waitressing in a busy restaurant, cleaner, porter, labourer/construction worker, gardener, farm worker.With its characteristic red packaging, Douwe Egberts Aroma Rood is a well-known sight in homes, cafés and workplaces in the Netherlands, where it has been a bestseller for decades. I usually have ground coffee and struggle with instant (once you get used to the real stuff, instant is hard to drink!

for such a small pot but and I'm holding out hope that they introduce a flavoured ground coffee which is always my preference as the flavours tend to be stronger.They are small pots with only 50g of coffee in them but I don't drink a huge amount of instant coffee so these would last me for a few weeks. My main critism is the jars are hard to open as the glass stopper needs to be carefully nudged off and twice I spilled coffee on the floor, (I'm a bit clumsy and often do things too quickly) but I decanted it into a small maxwell house jar for drinking in work which stops other co-workers robbing it and makes it easier for me to open.

This nutty delight is great for those who are after a full flavour - a perfect match with Amaretti biscuits.
