The Boatyard team are heavily invested in sourcing the finest ingredients out there and they bottle the vodka unfiltered for a smooth and crisp mouthfeel. Homemade vodka produced by the Boatyard Distillery in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, with Irish wheat carefully selected by Ireland's best growers. Only the best organic ingredients are used, and the wheat used for Boatyard’s vodka can be traced from the bottle back to the field it came from.Boatyard’s sustainable ethos of field-to-bottle and use of only local, Irish wheat is what makes this organic vodka so exemplary. The resulting alcoholic liquiid, the 'wash', is then distilled three times in our 500 litre 'Mr Gusion' still to 96% ABV.
