An enemies-to-lovers romance that brilliantly straddles the line of lust and love, Ricci fills the pages with sexy snark and witty banter; every scene hot, tense and addictive. They had such touching moments together like their date at the Ferris Wheel or what Oak does for Quinn before any of the shit went down. Somehow fate has them ending up at the same university and on the same hockey team, a sport which they both love no matter how much they "hate" each other that is the one thing they seem to have in common.

I, like every other basic bitch, love an mm hockey romance and hand to god this one will go down in history with the greats. I thought the transition into enemies with benefits due to this stupid superstition was completely stupid. Clawing under my skin is his favorite pastime, only feeding the animosity between us as the years pass. secs to accept that he is, in fact, bi, and to start chasing (and falling for) Oak, who proved to be the reluctant one here.The “Betrayal” Wasn’t Entirely One’s Fault…So the big third act breakup involves an act of “betrayal” and that’s all I’ll say about that, but part of me always felt like one kind of unfairly put more blame on the other when the other couldn’t fully even control that what happened had actually happened. They start off so aggressive towards each other and I loved the hate sex because I’m a whore for it but watching them fall in love with each other made me totally swoony as well. It’s more of a sketched style of artwork, the linework messy but the shading and depth created in it is impeccable.
