Bluetooth works fine and easily with my Firestick, but the sound using the phono inputs via my monitor headphone socket seems to be a bit better. If I disconnect the sound inputs (both of them) from the sound bar the hiss is still present, turning the volume level right down the hiss disappears.However, the "on/off" button on the remote sends the same signal as the "channel up" button on my set-top-box (openbox v8s), thus the sound bar turns off whenever I try to change the channels which gets kinda frustrating after a while. It will be a fully working product however its likely the original accessories maybe missing or would be replaced by 3rd party or compatible items.
