Now I love the smell of this as it smells medicinal and warming and perfect for that targeted relief of pain. Not to be used all over the body, but as an SOS treatment lotion, this has come in super handy on my shoulder for a muscle injury that I have. I find that when i massage in a little, it really warms into my muscles and just “Takes the edge off” my pain. I do experience a warming sensation and my skin does turn a lovely shade off pink, haha, but I know that it is bringing the blood to the surface of my skin and it feels amazing. Make sure you wash your hands after using this product as it really would be uncomfortable if you rubbed your eyes, and make sure you use it sparingly and localised. The great thing is you get two of these HUGE sizes which are perfect for sharing and decanting into smaller bottles and putting all around the house, car and bag. My Thoughts on this collection– I am a huge fan of Arnica so I will always gravitate to this collection and am thrilled that there is sooooo much Arnica included. I love this as my whole family use it and it lasts such a long time, but if you have a smaller family, it would be a great collection to share.
