Sound quality is poor and really needs to be hooked up to a soundbar. The remote control has a definite lag between a button push and it's response.

Would have been Five Stars but the door occasionally doesn't like closing. It has got better a time goes by but was a right pain at the start. Bought this one as great value, with the same tray arrangement as the much more expensive Miele. It has a spin cycle up to 1400 but only on one or two programs. You can select a economic 15 min cycle but the spin program for that I think is 800 so the items take twice as long to dry.

Sadly picture freezes and then try's to catch up and stutters along several times a day, it does this on live TV and catch up TV the television regularly has Hisense updates and I regularly clear the cache but this does not improve matters.
