Unfortunately, we have had to suspend international parcels during the current COVID19 situation but hope to resume this service as soon as we can. Next day delivery before 1pm Monday – Saturday only (please note parcels can not be delivered on a Sunday or a bank holiday)

Made from the softest fabrics, Jellycat teddies are always made to the highest standards and specification making them one of the more sought-after toy ranges in the U.K. We do not recommend that you ask for parcels to be left on doorsteps or safe places and we cannot be held responsible for parcels that then go missing. The post person delivering your item has the overall choice as to whether the parcel is left in the safe place. If the post person cannot find a safe place, a calling card is left and the parcel is held at the sorting office. Jellycat themselves give specific care instructions for all their products: Lots of love. How can you resist?? We only despatch parcels on a Monday – Friday. Royal Mail do not make collections from us on Bank Holidays or Weekends.Jellycat toys have grown to include many of the most popular animals and creatures you can think of, and beyond that, many you have never heard of! Jellycat teddies and bunnies are a hugely popular starting point for babies, along with their range of Jellycat nursery toys and comforters. All Jellycat toys that have a handwash label can be spot cleaned. To spot clean them use a mild soapy solution and gently clean the surface followed by a surface rinse of cold water. Pat dry with a towel and to get the fluffiness looking its absolute best, dry with a hairdryer on a cool setting.
